We are real people with real jobs just like you! - All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) - 6 Humans Max - 2 Vehicle Max - No Pets - We provide a starter kit of 4 toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towels rolls, one sponge, dish and hand soap, and garbage bags. You may need to buy more. - You will likely see and hear critters - Stay away from the bears, they are dangerous - We do not send maintenance or cleaners to the property during your stay. Only after you depart unless agreed upon by guests and host. - The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! - Pack N Play: We do not provide linens for the pack n play. Please bring your own linens if you plan to use it. If you use the pack n play, please leave it OPEN after leaving so the cleaners know to clean and sanitize it before the next guest. - No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $75 charge per. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. We suggest getting trip insurance through Airbnb. - Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and grilling items are not provided - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 and you will be asked to leave. - Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
